Special steps for devices with Samsung Pass

If you are signing into StoneX One using a device with Samsung Pass, you may need to take additional steps to access the platform or apply for an account.

FIRST METHOD

  1. Go to Phone Settings
  2. Tap “General management”
  3. Tap “Passwords and autofill”
  4. Tap Settings Icon for Autofill Service
  5. Select “None”

SECOND METHOD

  1. Open Samsung Pass Application.
  2. Open Settings within the Application
  3. Ensure that “Autofill with Samsung Keyboard” is Enabled.
